Proper nutrition has similar findings. People who ate fruits, vegetables and healthy proteins were 66% more productive at work compared to their colleagues who feasted on fast and prepared foods.

Researchers have shown what we already know – that exercise and proper nutrition increases your intelligence, positive attitude, and energy levels. Basically, you feel better and work better when you exercise and eat properly, and that translates to a heftier financial bottom-line.
